Horace Mann is Hiring a Staff Analyst Near Madison, WI
This position will be hybrid from our Springfield IL, Madison WI or Addison TX office.
The Staff Analyst executes daily banking functions related to cash positions, short term investments and long term investment activity.
Responsibilities
- Process daily bank activity
- Participate in projects as needed
- Serve as primary contact with banking partners and assist in resolution of operational problems
- Continually review and update procedures to comply with requirements
- Assist management in preparation and review of annual budgets for all banking and investment related expenses
- Track actual expenses related to budget and provide monthly analysis
- Assist in projects related to cash collection and disbursements and other corporate projects related to cash management
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in finance, economics, accounting or equivalent experience
- 18 months experience as a banking analyst or equivalent experience
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation required to be completed within 18 months of hire
